These are the four key areas of the Business Calendar to help you find and share the right events:

  1. Pick View: Choose how to find events by titles or host organizations.

    Note: This view with the day's events is available with the basic subscription.

  2. Time Frame: Select specific days or use radio buttons for Today, This week, Next week, or all events.

    Note: The radio button and calendar default to today with the basic subscription.

  3. Filter Events/Organization: Narrow choices using filters for events or organizations.

    Note: The filters are only available in the premium subscription.

  4. Event/Organization Results: The right panel displays results based on left panel choices.

Dashboard Guide

The dashboard is where your account, billing, password, events numbers, saved organization, and saved events information are available:

  1. View Calendar: Return to the main view of the calendar.


  1. Event/Organization Information: The number of events you have saved and the number of organizations you have saved.


  1. Account Information: Account information includes the account you logged into, the type of account, the creation date, and password management.


  1. Manage billing: You can manage all your billing for your account here.

How to navigate through the business calendar:

  1. Expand/Collapse All: This will expand or collapse all the events or organizations that are listed in the right panel.


  2. Top/Bottom: When you have a long list of events or organizations in the right panel, you can quickly get to the top or bottom of the list.


  3. Right/Left Arrows: When you are in a single-day view in organizations or events, you can use these arrows to move back and forth through the individual days.


  4. Card Arrow: Click the arrow to expand or collapse the list of upcoming events this organization will be having.

The menu selection on the business calendar:

  1. Home: Go to the Home Page.


  2. Dashboard: Go to account information.


  3. Calendar: Go to the main calendar.


  4. Login/Logout: Log in and Log out of calendar.

When you choose to find events using the Events view button, this is the layout you will see on your screen:

  1. Time Frame: Choose specific days or use radio buttons for Today, This week, Next week, or all events.

    Note: The radio button and calendar default to today with the basic subscription.

Once you find an event you are interested in, you can choose to view the details of the event, save the event, go to the event page, or share the event:

  1. Title Area: The tile area contains the name, date, time, and tags of the event.


  2. Save Event: This button saves and un-saves the event for future reference.

    Note: The save button is only available in the premium subscription


  1. Event Detail: You see the event host, address, and description of the event (if available)


  1. Event Buttons: These buttons allow you to go to the event page, share the event to your calendar, and share the event on Facebook, LinkedIn, or via email.

    Note: The event button is the only button available in the basic subscription

How to manage your save events:

  1. Show Saved Events: See the events you have saved in the calendar. The events are shown in the right panel.

    Note: This is only available in the premium subscription

When you click on the organization view, these are the main areas of the organization layout: (Premium Subscription Only)

  1. Pick Time Frame: You can pick a date or multiple dates in the calendar or use the views today, this week, next week, or all organizations to see the organizations having events

    Note: These views and selections are only available in the premium subscription

  2. Filters: You can use the filter to narrow down the event list on the right panel using the filters in the left panel.

    Note: The filters are only available in the premium subscription

  3. Organization Details: This section displays the organization's name, description, organization type tag, and the number of upcoming events.

    Note: This is only available in the premium subscription

  4. Save Organization: The save button allows you to promptly save the organization for easy access to its events in the future.

    Note: This is only available in the premium subscription

  1. Organization Card: Displays a card for each organization with upcoming events, listing event details.

  2. Upcoming Events: A list of upcoming events for the organization, with detailed information available upon expanding the details arrow.

    Note: This is only available in the premium subscription


  3. Individual Event: Provides details about a specific upcoming event for the organization.

    Note: This is only available in the premium subscription


  4. Event Options: Access the event site, share to your calendar, post to social media, share with others, and save the event.

  4. Share over Email: Share the event with others using your email account.

Event Tags Guide

Tags are for quick information about the event:

  1. Type: The event falls under this category.


  2. Price: The event is free, paid, both or Unknown.


  3. Day of the week: The day of the week the event is happening.


  4. Participation: Is it an in-person event, a Virtual event, or a combination.
